● How to download and install our APP

Method 1: Go to the mobile app store and search for SAPUTO RANCH to download!

Method 2: Use the QR code on the left to download ↓↓↓

● Step 1: Visit the download page

From your mobile device, open the download page on our website, or directly scan the QR code provided on the website.

● Step 2: Download the APP

**For iOS users：Click "Get" and confirm the download via Face ID, Touch ID, or entering your Apple ID password.

**For Android users：Click "Install" and wait for the download to complete. If downloading from a non-Google Play Store, you may need to allow app installations from "unknown sources" in your settings.

● Step 3: Install the app

After the download is completed, the APP will automatically start the installation process. After the installation is complete, click "Open" to start the APP.

● common problem:

If you encounter download or installation problems, please ensure that your device is connected to a stable network and that the system meets the APP's minimum requirements.

For Android users downloading from unofficial stores, please make sure the "Allow app installation from unknown sources" permission is turned on
